    Amazing experience with Aspire. First and foremost the fact that we called 1hr before they were closing and we were nearly 1hrs drive away… They stayed open so we could test drive the car we’d seen. Really pleasant experience which culminated in us buying the car. Which we love driving. Really well looked after, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

    Very frustrating.

    I arranged a test drive of a golf today. I took the afternoon off work to attend then drove 40 minutes at this point I was told I could only test drive it if I committed to buying it. This was a waste of my time! To expect someone to commit to buying a car without test driving is absurd. Very disappointing!

    As I said today, our policy is to complete test drives at the last stage of the sales process, and wouldn't expect anyone to purchase a car without first driving it. However as you had informed me that you were viewing a Mini later, and wern't even sure if you wanted a Golf let alone ours. As such I suggested that you viewed the Mini and that and if you preferred the Golf to come back and test drive it then. There was little point in defrosting a car to drive it at this point as it may well have not been available if you chose to come back at a later date. At no point were you asked to commit to purchasing. I am sorry you were disappointed

    We bought the car from this dealer. Car isn’t in perfect condition like he was saying. Also we was waiting for v5c for 6 weeks because he said he will send that for us and now we have to call to DVLA as we still did not get it. When I sent a message I did not get answer. Car wasn’t cheap so we wanted to make sure everything is fine and it has warranty but they will do everything to not fix anything. Not really recommend that place to buy a car.

    Good morning. I am sorry you are disappointed with your car but we have done everything possible to ensure your car has no issues. You reported that you believed to car had a fluid leak, and you had taken it to a local garage who said you needed a new thermostat at the cost of around £600. I requested you brought the car to a garage local to us (white waltham garage) and we would have the issue rectified. Upon receiving the vehicle was inspected, the cooling system was pressure tested and no leak was found. When you were informed about this you told them you didn't believe them. The garage put 30 miles on the vehicle and left it running in situ to see if any fluid leaked, there were no leaks! I explained this to you and you said both them and myself must by lying as you had put fluid in the car. In order to try to appease you I agreed to pick up the car and take it to a second garage (C&V mechanics in wokingham)..to get a second opinion. The car was driven, and the cooling system pressure tested again, and the car thoroughly inspected. No fluid was leaking, and there was no physical evidence of any fluid leaks around the vehicle. This garage did offer a possible explanation as to why you had to put fluid in the system. The vehicle had recently had a new radiator...this could mean that there had been an air lock, which would have settled over time meaning the system would need topping up. Again Lee at the garage attempted to explain this to you which you didn't accept. We are always happy to fix issues when the appear, but cannot fix ones that arn't there, and maybe you should be extending your anger against the garage that was happy to take your money to repair something that didnt need replacing. As to the v5. I had explained that this was sent to the the dvla, and you would need to give it time. Most v5s are completed online and appear relatively quickly. It a small percentage of cases the dvla system does not accept the v5 and they need to be sent by post. Yours was one of these and this takes longer than normal.

    Bought a 2014 BMW 1 Series from Aspire Cars. Nigel and Paul were both very fair, upfront, honest and explained everything very well. There was no issues with asking questions and queries, the car was also valeted very well. Easy sales process and both were a pleasure to deal with.
