Bought a 2012 Audi convertible, was a little disappointed that it was valeted when I picked it up despite me asking is it valeted prior to the purchase and was told it will be cleaned (not exactly a valet). Road tested it and discovered a knocking noise from the exhaust, a bit of trim on the dash adrift and all 4 tyres require replacing. All in all for the price paid I wouldn't expect these small but irritating issues. So having paid £160 for tyres and £30 for a valet it finally feels like being in and driving a 7.5k Audi, (oh and servicing it myself for extra peace of mind). Nigel the owner is a good guy but as stated I expected more for the price paid.

I brought a Audi A3 for over £5,000 From Aspire Cars on the 3rd January 2022 and by the 5th February 2022 only 32 days later the rear drivers side wheel bearing started to rumble very loudly i spoke to Nigel owner of Aspire Cars who refused to pay for a new bearing to be fitted or even contribute towards the repair and when I asked him why he just put the phone down surely a wheel bearing failing after 32 days means the bearing problem must of been present at time of sale,Very poor customer service and after care AVOID THIS CAR DEALER

We recently bought a Fiat 500 from Aspire Cars for our daughter's first car. From the first contact with Nigel on the phone, and then in person when my daughter and I travelled to view the car, he was very friendly, helpful and polite. Having agreed the sale Nigel organised to have the cracked windscreen replaced and the cambelt & water pump changed before we came to collect the car. I explained that we lived 90 minutes drive away and a provisional plan to collect it was made once the work was done that would be at a convenient time for us all. For the actual collection Paul made himself available to meet us out of normal working hours, which was a huge help to us and very much appreciated. A perfect case of going the extra mile for customers. They even managed to get hold of some fuel to put in the car for us so we could get it home during the idiotic panic-buying fuel fiasco. Absolutely first class service! Our daughter is so happy with her car and I'm so pleased to have found a car sales garage that provide a brilliant service and I cannot fault them one bit. Thank you.

I held back a month before writing my review of aspire cars I started dealing with Nigel towards the end of May and the beginning of June, He has been extremely easy and friendly to deal with when buying my used Vauxhall Insignia especially when the car developed a substantial coolant leak within 3 weeks of purchase 1 or 2 phone calls and i was booked in with his mechanics and the car was fixed within a week (only this long due to my timings) and fixed free of charge. I really would highly recommend Aspire Cars and Nigel.

Excellent recently brought a Ford focus dealt with Paul who was excellent through out during purchase always returning phone calls and answering my questions and having a good sense of humour very helpful Well done Paul ,and to Nigel who i only briefly met.Good choice of cars at good prices.However to me customer care is key and how the garage reacts if issues arrive after having the car.I had a small issue with the car to do with the battery and it was dealt with quickly by Paul and Nigel,Well done guys appreciate that.I would definately buy another car from them no problems and yes i would recommend them.Thank you Paul and Nigel

I dealt mostly with one of the staff, I bought a car off of them but after a couple of weeks it had started making clunking noises.I got in touch with them explaining what had happened,and once he managed to sort me out a courtesy car we swapped the vehicles over. Put the car in ,got it fixed and then returned it to me good as new. Brilliant and helpful people.

P. could not have been more helpful, smooth test drive and then I could play with the car. I was a bit concerned about the two front tyres so they changed them for new ones. MOT was due in January, they had it done before delivering the car (mid December). As I live some distance away we tried to organise a closer delivery, in the end the car twas brought to my home! I could not ask for more. Incidentally, Aspire were the only dealer that replied to my email and returned my call when I was making my enquiries.

I have been buying cars from Aspire for a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nigel is extremely helpful and his customer service is excellent. It can be daunting buying a used car but as Aspire I have no worries and the care from the moment you start looking to the after sales service is fantastic. I will be going back to buy more cars in the future and then for my children when the time comes. Thank you so much Nigel, Nick and the boys at Aspire, if I could give 6 stars I would!

Bought a Jaguar a few weeks back, lovely car that’s been well maintained. Unfortunately with all the really heavy rain lately a large puddle caused a fault in the gear box. I spoke with Nigel the day after it happened and between us over the next few days we resolved the problem fairly. This to me is a big plus - when buying second hand cars faults and issues may well arise - if they are dealt with fairly then i don’t think you can ask for much more. Nigel seems a decent chap to me - thanks for your help.
